Four new sections have been added to the RESAP onsite observation, none of which will affect the cooperatives being observed in 2023. However, additional criteria have been added to other sections that will have an impact on our observations. All observations and peer observers have been scheduled for 2023. Commitment to Zero Contacts Phase 2 will once again run in conjunction with the onsite observations and we are very excited to conduct another year of those important sessions. The RESAP leadership commitment will be changing in 2024 and Dwight will be engaging Ohio’s GM/CEOs as to what they might be able to expect.
